The MW700 is a portable luxmeter designed to measure light. It is equipped with a ligh sensor connected to the meter, which measures from 0 to 50.000 lux. The average indoor lightning varies from 100 to 1000 lux, and the average outdoor solar radiation is around 50.000 lux. Lux is a unit that shows the density of light falling on the surface.

The light sensor is waterproof, suitable for checking the light intensity in the lower parts of the plants. Accuracy is 6% of reading(full scale). The MW700-WP runs on a 9V alkaline battery. Automatic shutdown after 10 minutes of inactivity saves battery and luxmeter life.
